RKTSHG is a group of teachers, for teachers, by teachers. This group has been created to provide financial help to the families of teachers in case of their untimely death.
The Goal of RKTSHG
This facility is exclusively for teachers because they do the most important work in the world—educating future generations—but sadly receive the lowest wages. In the event of a teacher’s untimely death, there is often no one to support their children and family. Neither the government nor school management has any concrete plan for their financial assistance. As a result, many families are left helpless and struggling for survival. The aim of RKTSHG is to unite all the teachers across the country by forming teams of two lakh teachers each. If any legal member of this team passes away unexpectedly, their family will receive financial support. This initiative ensures that no teacher’s family is left abandoned and provides them with the dignity and security they deserve.

In case of untimely death of a teacher, his/her nominee can get financial assistance of up to Rs 40 lakh to support his/her children and family in difficult times and to meet immediate needs.
Other benefits of joining RKTSHG
Teaching resources will be provided. (Question papers, worksheets, PPTs etc. will be prepared for all classes of almost all boards. As much as possible, efforts will be made to reduce the pain caused by the long time taken in preparing teaching resources.)
Every possible effort will be made to provide details of vacant posts in government and private schools on the RKTSHG website. After seeing this, one can apply for the post of teacher/coordinator/vice principal/principal etc. of any subject as per one's qualification

How and how much financial support will be received?
On the death of the teacher, 100% of the contribution amount given by the members i.e. the entire amount will be paid directly into the nominee's account. For example, if there are two lakh members in this group and they donate even twenty rupees, then at least (Rs.4000000) twenty lakh rupees will go directly into the nominee's account.
Who can join RKTSHG?
RKTSHG is open to all teachers. All teachers working in government or private educational institutions/schools/colleges/universities can join it.
How to join RKTSHG?
To join RKTSHG, visit the website https://rktshgindia.org and register for free. The registration period will be lifelong.
Immediately after registration, make sure to join the WhatsApp group and Telegram group of RKTSHG, so that you can keep getting all the updates and information from the website/WhatsApp group/Telegram group. ]
Mandatory action to be taken by the member after registratio
( (1) The facility fee is only ₹100 per year. The facility fee has to be paid every year. The receipt of the facility fee has to be sent to the mail ID: suvidha.shulk@gmail.com / raseed@rktshgindia.org
(2) In case of death of any registered member, all the members have to deposit a minimum contribution of ₹20 in the nominee's account.
[Special note - Facility fee is taken online in the RKTSHG's account. Various types of facilities will be provided to the members from the facility fee. If the facility fee is not deposited, RKTSHG will not be obliged to provide any kind of facility/arrangement to any member. Cooperation will be given only if cooperation is given. Rules and discipline are paramount.]
Lock-in Period
1.1) After depositing the first facility fee, there will be a lock-in period of 120 days i.e. no financial assistance will be provided during this period. There will be no lock-in period after this, provided the facility fee is deposited on time. In case of late deposit, a lock-in period of 120 days will be applicable again.
1.2) If the teacher is suffering from any serious illness at the time of registration, the lock-in period will be 18 months.
